Founder Nia, launched consultancy firm Smith & Son in September 2021 after spending over a decade working various marketing and business development roles across different industries.

 Nia's driving force is her son Marley and when she's not consulting or running her other business - My Touchdown Box (the first female-owned American Football company in the UK) she spends most of her waking hours with him, either travelling or in the pursuit of art, spirituality, joy and self discovery.

Rates vary depend on the services, time and resource required and are agreed on a set daily rate basis or project-to-project basis.
